I bought the following for my daughter s (3 and 6) with regard to Christmas. They had an enjoyable experience with it. The board is usually double sided which includes a basic map in the U. S. on one side and then a topographical map in opposition. You can employ your Tag reader and merely point to states/areas to educate yourself all about that state/area or you may play on the list of games that help children to educate yourself capitals areas together with distance among other stuff. The map feels sturdy. It is similar to the board on the board game. It folds in place for storage inside box it can be purchased in. Overall I imagine it ia an exceptionally nice educational squeaky toy. My sons may not be the type that can play with this on a daily basis but I know they are going to enjoy it when they take time to use it. My 6 season old is wondering about states together with distance now and this is a good opportinity for me to demonstrate these concepts to him but will give him a way to play some games and study more about these concepts together with our country. This Tag Map can be a double sided flip (yet durable) cardboard place. It folds very much like a board game and has now a similar feel jointly. Its completely interactive along with the Tag Reader : my two small children love tapping relating to the many pictures relating to the map and experiencing the funny tunes the names in the states and information the states. They is a little young to help play the matches included (my small children are 2 together with 3 respectively) nonetheless they can easily act like the names in the states read aloud - pretty cool if you happen to ask me! While I cannot say much about over time durability we havent had any issues with this map with regard to holes getting poked as a result of it like an additional reviewer did - i am using the aged 16 mb tag reader compared to the 32 mb person who reads. Im not sure if it s an issue but it is very much reading just fine which includes a light touch. Strongly suggested. This map is a good tool for my own son. This map is a great tool for my son. I had no idea all of the activities that it could do. There are timed quizzes for finding the states quickly and it explores the states in an adventure type way & I ABSOLUTELY LOVE that I can check my son's progress on the Tag site, including how many states he gets right, etc and how he is improving. My son plays with this for a long time & it's an incredible tool. The only con I would have to say is the durability. Nothing bad has happened yet, but it bends in a weird way to fold it, instead of just folding to one side, it folds down smaller & the middle is beginning to show signs of wear, nothing drastic though, and nothing that wouldn't prevent me from recommending this awesome tool. It's great.

I bought this cause i thought it was great idea to teach the children different things about different places.. Well when i purchased the map... i didn't know i needed the Tag reader. It didn't come with it.. and it didn't metion that information when i bought it so needless to say we haven't been able to use it yet. Hopefully when i get the Tag reader then this will be what we expect.
