Overall this is another really great product from Leapfrog. My only complaint is that the volume doesn't go high enough. We own quite a few leapfrog products and most of them can be used on a very high volume. This one is still pretty quiet even on the loudest setting. This is a problem for me since two of my children were born with a hearing impairment. They both lose interest quickly because they can't hear it. Luckily my other children have normal hearing and get a lot of use out of this.

My daughter got a Tag reader for Christmas and I knew she would need something to keep her books in. I haven't had the problems that other people have stated in their reviews.
